MAMMA-BABY
PILATES YOGA STRENGHT TRAINNING
Build strength and confidence after birth with a qualified instructor and a supportive group.
In this classes we use pilates balls, resistance bands, our body and our babies to work out and stretch.
Join and reconnect with your body, have fun with your baby and enjoy mom-community.
STAGE1

The rhythm of the class is gentle and slow.
We focus on creating presence in the moment and building strenght on core, glutes and pelvic floor after birth. The sessions will guide you through the fundamental breathing techniques to strenghthen and soothe the body while developing mental and emotional calmness.
​
1-4 months post partum , or moms with babies up to 8 months looking for a calmer slower workout.

STAGE 2
​
Following the base created in STAGE 1, this sessions level up on physical challenge but still follow a gentle pace.
We focus on strengthening the whole body, improve posture and develop mental and emotional resilience during motherhood.

4-12 months postpartum, or moms with babies no younger than 2 months who feel safe and strong in their bodies and are used to work out.

GRAVID
PILATES YOGA STRENGHT TRAINNING
A gentle fusion of Yoga, Pilates and mindfulness practices adapted to the different stages of your pregnancy.
In this course we aim to strengthen the body as it grows and build a safe base for life after birth. We use pilates balls and resistance bands to strenghten the body, learn and practice fundamental breathing techniques to activate and relax core and pelvic floor muscles and develop mental and emotional calmness.

Here our main focus is to learn to slow down and tune in with our changing body, needs and energy while growing presence and confidence for the exciting journey that we are about to go through.
