To me, this life is an organic journey, where all our experiences and choices on everyday actions, shape our well being. When we pay attention to our body in motion it offers us the possibility to explore and understand deeper parts of our selves, of our emotions and behaviors.So that we can appreciate the gifts of life and change what’s not longer needed.

With years of self-work and professional experience on movement and mental health , a warm heart and open hands, I am here with the sole intention to receive and guide, body, mind and soul , through a nourishing experience, always approaching and adapting it to your unique condition and needs.

My first steps into this holistic, fitness industry journey began more than 15 years ago when I first stepped into a yoga session on my early twenties during a stressful time in university. Since then, the yoga philosophy has accompanied me until today, impregnating and bringing light into all the aspects of my life. But it was not until my first steps into motherhood that I met the darkest shadows of my being. The aches, stress, worries and solitude that one can experience during early motherhood was way beyond my expectations. It was then that I fully experienced the healing powers of mindful movement and community support.

Nowadays I am lucky enough to work surrounded by strong women who choose my lead and part of the light who helps them navigate life's challenges.

Practice self care

A conscious and kind practice has been my guide and savior in many challenging occasions. I have experience it first hand and I seen it many times in others during classes and events.
This path is a permission to breathe, observe and take perspective on life. An invitation from oneself to oneself. And act of love and kindness.
And when you fall in love with taking care of yourself, there is no turn back from it.
